Tammy Morgan Global Head Customer Solutions

Tammy MorganTammy Morgan was appointed as the new leader of our Customer Solutions division, which includes Meetings & Events, in April of 2024. With over 35 years of corporate travel and events experience, Tammy is a true leader in the industry. Most recently, she served as CWT’s VP of Global Market Management, where she played a pivotal role in shaping our global market strategies and delivering unparalleled value to our clients. Tammy’s track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving remarkable results makes her the perfect fit to lead CWT M&E forward. Tammy is based in Dallas, Texas and is passionate about understanding client needs, exceeding expectations, and focusing on fostering a supportive and engaged team environment which is critical to success.

Rachel Lunderborg Global Head Process & Tech Services

Our leadership - Rachel LunderborgRachel is based in Scottsdale, AZ where she leads Global Process and Technology for CWT Meetings & Events. She joined CWT in 2008 as a Consultant focused on the development and optimization of business travel hotel programs. With her move to Meetings & Events, she gained experience in sourcing and contracting, vendor management, analytics and other consulting solutions. She was recognized for her accomplishments with the M&E Award of Excellence. Rachel has a SMM Certification via GBTA and is also a Certified Team Performance Practitioner from The Grove Consultants International in San Francisco. Most recently, she earned her MBA from the University of Arizona.

Kari Wendel Global Head Customer & Operations

Our leadership - Kari WendelKari Wendel has more than 25 years within strategic meetings management (SMM), and the overall meetings industry. She brings an exceptional amount of knowledge to her role as Global Head Customer & Operations. Based in Bradenton, Florida, Kari supports a group of tactical and operational leaders who identify and execute innovative approaches for ongoing improvement of clients’ programs. Furthermore, Kari plays a vital role within the consulting practice, with an emphasis on implementation and SMM. As shown by her nomination in 2009 as the chief “change-maker,” developing the industry’s first professional certification within strategic meetings and co-chairing the development of the “Maturity Model.”
